VTX 1300 Laydown License Plate How-To

The (in)famous billboard license plate holder is a very unattractive way to finish off what I believe is a great Honda fender. After reading the descriptions of other VTX owners, I decided to show how easily this is done. Total cost for this modification is approximately $18 (not including the plate frame).
